“Not feeling good enough” or poor self image occur as the result of attachment wounds. Emotional problems can include dissociation, self-defeating behavior, emotional isolation, rage, and fear of various levels of severity. Most often these behaviors occur after early childhood abuse, neglect, abandonment or other developmental trauma. However, they sometimes follow a child’s misperception or misunderstanding. In either case, the impact can be lifelong and debilitating.

In this workshop we will examine underlying physical and energetic mechanisms, how these symptoms unfold as behavior patterns, and review effective and proven techniques to heal, including training brain-wave patterns to normalize rhythms of body, brain, and mind.

Learn to free yourself from these debilitating patterns so you can manifest your full potential and be the person you choose to be.

If you have no compassion for yourself then you are not able of developing compassion for others.”
