Hatred paralyzes life; love releases it. Hatred confuses life; love harmonizes it. Hatred darkens life; love illuminates it.

If you want others to be happy, practice compassion. If you want to be happy, practice compassion.

three hour workshop for expectant parents, new parents,
extended family, and health care providers

By providing an enriching, loving and “good enough” environment, you can maximize your baby's potential to become a fully authentic person. Learn simple and clear cut techniques to promote and maximize your child's emotional health. These research-based strategies will help foster secure attachment and mother-infant bonding as well as emotional regulation, groundedness, social adjustment and empathy.
